 Although every item is made by hand with great attention to detail, if anything you order is delivered with a fault, please email us with a photograph (the item maybe required to be returned to be checked) and we will endeavour to remedy this as soon as we can.

We regret we cannot provide refunds for a product because a scent isn't to your taste, but if you want to message us via our website or our instagram account @lock_latch prior to purchase we can help you find your perfect blend.
