Our candles all use the highest amount of pure essential oils advised in soy wax(10%), creating not just wonderful spa-like aromas in your home or salon but therapeutic benefits too. Each candle contains almost a bottle of our pure essential oil blends. 

All candles are lidded with a silicone-free silver lid, nestled in black tissue, placed carefully into a black box and then finished with a L&L satin ribbon bow.

Blend No2-IGNITE was created by carefully balancing the essential oils of  Sandalwood, Ylang Ylang and Bergamot, to create an intoxicating romantic blend. Using the renowned aphrodisiac, relaxing, calming and antidepressant benefits of these special oils give a scent that's quite masculine, think leather, liquorice almost spicy notes. Ignite SDS

Blend No8-RECHARGE is a woody, zesty, masculine blend of Vetiver, Bergamot, Lemongrass and Ylang Ylang essential oils, especially blended for the men in our lives, but will equally be enjoyed by women. The oils create a citrusy, uplifting Spa scent which helps balance, calm and ground your mind and body, it aims to soothe feelings of anger, anxiety, exhaustion, irritability, and stress, whilst recharging your energy and zest for life. LOCK & LATCH LUXURY AROMATHERAPY SOY CANDLE CARE

To ensure you have a long lasting, full fragranced therapeutic soy candle, please follow these instructions:-

CREATE A BURN MEMORY FOR FUTURE BETTER BURN

• When lighting a soy candle for the first time, allow the wax to melt all the way to the sides of the container, with our large candles this could take 3-4 hours.
• The first burn of the candle should last as long as it takes to reach all the way to the edges of the container.
• This will give you maximum fragrance and an even burn. If you do not allow the wax to pool on the first burn you may get wax remaining along the sides of your container.

TRIM THE WICK EACH BURN

• Always trim your wick to about 6-8mm before you re-light your candle. This will ensure a long lasting candle, minimise soot and remove any mushrooming of the wick left from the previous burn. But be sure not to over trim your wick as you may not be able to re-light your candle.
• If you do not trim the wick regularly, if the candle is in a draft or is left to burn too long you may get a “mushroom” on the end of the wick which may cause some soot to collect on the inside of the glass. If this happens, extinguish your candle, wait for it to cool, wipe off soot with a clean damp cloth and re-light.

DO NOT BLOW OUT

• Extinguish your candle by using a snuffer over the flame. Then use a dipper to quickly dip the extinguished wick in the melted wax pool, this help prevent the wick becoming brittle and snapping when trimming.
• Our 3-piece candle care set contains a Snuffer, a Dipper and a Trimmer in a choice of beautiful finishes.

NOTE ABOUT THE APPEARANCE

• Please remember the candles are hand poured in small batches, not massed produced in a factory by machines. Although all effort is made to ensure consistency, every candle will be unique and different.
• The top of your candle may also appear slightly uneven & there may be some wax irregularities (such as bubbling or unevenness) after burning. this is also a sign of natural soy wax being hand poured.
• Do not leave your candle in direct sunlight as it may turn a yellowy colour, this will not affect the candle.
