Cinnamon (bark) essential oil is a natural cleanser. Used in a diffuser such as our EcoPod it may help fight the symptoms of sore throats, coughs, and colds. Diffuse this spicy-scented oil and allow its antibacterial properties to fight the infection, while the relaxing effects should help you to breathe easy and get some much-needed rest.
Eucalyptus essential oil has a strong, fresh fragrance it is thought to have cleansing and grounding properties and also many believe this essential oil to have healing, antiseptic, and antibacterial properties, so it’s been used to treat everything from minor colds to the symptoms of asthma (alongside your regular treatment not to replace).
Red thyme essential oil believed to have antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antifungal properties. Thyme oil is also thought to have antispasmodic elements, so it’s frequently diffused by those with coughs and colds.
Coriander essential oil may help fights bacteria and thanks also to its antispasmodic properties, coriander is often used to tackle coughs.
Tea Tree essential oil an incredible addition to this blend, tea tree was used regularly by Australian troops during the Second World War to repel insects and soothe injuries. Since then, tea tree essential oil has been found to contain terpenoids, which are proven to have antiseptic qualities.
